About this Workshop

In a world where colleges keep asking "What are the biggest factors effecting first generation college students entering college?", we've concluded that COMMUNITY is a key contributing factor to the importance of the development of First Gen students throughout their undergraduate career. In this session, we will be speaking on the importance of forming a community that empowers, supports, and grows. We will be talking about the key roles of a community and the importance of outreach.
